How to download a full cPanel backup
Open Backup Wizard in cPanel and choose Back Up. Select Full Backup to generate a complete archive of the account. Enter an email address if you want a notification when the backup is ready. Once complete, download the backup file to your computer or secure storage. Full backups are useful before major website changes, migrations or development work. They are not normally restored by end users directly, so contact support if a full account restore is needed. For smaller restores, JetBackup is usually faster because it can restore selected files, databases or email accounts.
