How to use the default email address in cPanel
Open Default Address in cPanel. This setting controls mail sent to unknown addresses at your domain, such as misspelled names. For most businesses, it is safer to discard unknown mail with an error rather than catch everything, because catch-all mailboxes attract spam. If you do use a catch-all, forward it to a monitored mailbox and check it regularly. Correctly configured default address settings reduce unwanted storage usage and stop spam from filling your account. Always create real mailboxes or forwarders for important addresses such as info@, billing@ and support@.
