How to create email accounts in cPanel
To create a new mailbox, log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts. Click Create, choose your domain, then enter the username such as info, sales or support. Set a strong password or use the password generator for better security. Choose mailbox storage based on how heavily the address will be used, then click Create. You can access the mailbox through Webmail or connect it to Outlook, Apple Mail or a mobile phone using the mail settings shown in cPanel. Keep passwords private, review mailbox usage regularly and delete old messages or upgrade storage when needed.
