How to set up an email autoresponder in cPanel
Open Autoresponders in cPanel and choose Add Autoresponder. Select the email address, enter a subject and write the reply message. Set the start and stop time if the autoresponder is temporary, such as for holidays or office closure. Keep the message short and include alternative contact details where appropriate. Autoresponders reply automatically when someone emails the address, but they should not replace proper support ticket handling for important customer requests. Test from an external email address and remember to disable or expire the autoresponder when it is no longer needed.
