How to create email filters in cPanel

Open Email Filters for a single mailbox or Global Email Filters for the whole domain. Create a rule based on sender, subject, recipient or message content, then choose an action such as deliver to folder, redirect, discard or fail. Filters are useful for sorting enquiries, separating invoices, reducing repetitive spam or routing messages to departments. Be careful with discard rules, because matching messages may be removed without being read. Test new filters with harmless messages first. For business-critical email, keep rules simple and review them regularly so important customer messages are not accidentally hidden.
