How to create email forwarders in cPanel
Open Forwarders in cPanel and choose Add Forwarder. Enter the address you want to forward from, then add the destination email address. Forwarders are useful for aliases such as sales@, info@ or support@ when you want messages delivered to another inbox. They do not store mail unless a real mailbox also exists for the same address. Test by sending a message from an external email account. For professional business use, avoid forwarding everything to free mailboxes if deliverability matters, and consider using proper mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured.
