How to customise error pages in cPanel
Open Error Pages in cPanel and select the domain you want to edit. Choose the error type, such as 404 Not Found, then add your custom message or HTML. A helpful 404 page can guide visitors back to your homepage, services, contact page or knowledgebase instead of leaving them on a plain server error. Keep the design simple and include links to useful pages. For larger websites, also fix broken links rather than relying only on error pages. Custom error pages improve user experience when visitors land on old or incorrect URLs.
