How to enable SSL in cPanel
SSL protects data between your website and visitors by enabling HTTPS. In cPanel, open SSL/TLS Status or AutoSSL, then select the domains you want to secure. Run AutoSSL if the certificate has not been issued yet. Once complete, your domain should show as secured. Update your website settings so it uses https instead of http, especially in WordPress general settings. You may also need to force HTTPS using your application, plugin or .htaccess rules. A working SSL certificate helps protect logins, forms and customer trust, and it can support better search engine visibility.
