How to trace email delivery in cPanel

Open Track Delivery in cPanel to review recent email routing activity for your domain. You can search by recipient address and see whether messages were accepted, deferred, failed or delivered. This is useful when someone says they did not receive your email or when a contact form message appears missing. Delivery results can show authentication problems, mailbox errors or remote server rejections. Track Delivery does not replace full mail logs, but it gives end users a helpful first check. If the report shows repeated failures, copy the error and send it to support.
