How to upload and extract a ZIP file in cPanel
Open File Manager in cPanel and go to the folder where your website should live, usually public_html. Click Upload, choose your ZIP file and wait until the upload reaches 100%. Return to File Manager, select the ZIP file, then click Extract. Confirm the destination path and extract the files. If the archive creates an extra folder, move the website files into the correct document root. Delete the ZIP file afterwards to save storage and reduce risk. This method is faster than uploading many individual files with FTP.
