How to access webmail from cPanel
Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts. Find the mailbox and click Check Email to open webmail. You can choose the available webmail interface and send or receive messages directly in the browser. Webmail is useful when setting up a new mailbox, testing passwords or checking whether mail is reaching the server. If webmail works but your phone or desktop app does not, the issue is likely the mail client settings. Use the Connect Devices option in cPanel to view IMAP, POP and SMTP details for your mailbox.
