How to restore email with JetBackup
If mailbox data is missing, JetBackup may be able to restore it. Open cPanel, go to JetBackup and choose Email Backups or Email Accounts, depending on the available options. Pick a backup date from before the messages disappeared. Select the mailbox you want to recover and start the restore. Restoring email can overwrite mailbox data, so check carefully before confirming. For important accounts, export current mail or ask support before making large changes. JetBackup is especially useful after accidental mailbox deletion, account misconfiguration or migration problems. Keep mailbox passwords secure after the restore is complete.
